Order Preparation
Once you’ve placed your order, it takes between 2 and 5 working days to prepare, pack and ship. I work as fast as possible, but please bear in mind this is a one person operation. If an item is on back order and sourced from Australia, dispatch may take up to one calendar month.
Back-Ordered Products
If an item is on back-order and sourced from Australia, dispatch may take up to one calendar month. Please note this is the case with the current Medbury Miniatures pre-order which will be dispatched started September 20th.
Pre-Orders
If an item is on pre-order, and included in your order: no items will be shipped until the pre-order date. If you require some items more quickly than others, I recommend placing two separate orders.
Shipping and Costs
All items in the UK are posted via Royal Mail Second Class Signed for and charged at £5.25. This usually takes 2-4 days, however Royal Mail states a maximum of 15 working days.

Orders placed with pre-order/Kickstarter items included will be held until the release date of the pre-order/Kickstarter item. If you want your other products earlier please place a separate order.
