Returns Policy


Our returns policy is covered for 28 days from purchase. If 28 days have elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately, we wont be able to offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

As we stock items from multiple manufacturers we require that all returns are sent to Infamous JT and not the Manufacturer. We will also require proof of purchase – in the form of a confirmation email or receipt.

Refunds (where applicable)

We strive to provide the best quality out there, however sometimes things go wrong, in these instances, please get in touch using our contact form and we will look to rectify the situation

Once your return is received it will be inspected. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

We reserve the right to offer a partial refund if any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Refunds will be returned to you by the method you originally purchased.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have received confirmation of a refund, please allow up to 5 working days for this to show. After this we would advise that you check the usual places, (Card/Bank/Payment provider) If this is still not showing, please use our contact page to get in touch.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please use our contact page to get in touch.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will not be included in your refund.

Please ensure that when returning items to us, you select an appropriate shipping provider and rate. We cannot be held responsible for non receipt of return shipping
